Most delivery problems in Nairobi come down to missing details, not traffic. A few minutes at checkout saves a lot of back and forth:

• Give a landmark. “Opposite the petrol station on Ngong Road” helps our rider more than a plot number.
• Include the recipient’s phone number. Gated estates and office receptions often need to call them before we can hand over flowers.

Keeping delivered flowers fresh

Our flowers are cut fresh and made on the day, so with a little care they last well. Trim 2 to 3 cm off each stem at an angle, place them in clean water, change the water every two days, and keep the arrangement out of direct afternoon sun.
