Photographic Evidence: To qualify for an exchange or store credit, you must provide clear, close-up photos of the stems, petals, and overall arrangement.
Our Resolution Pledge: If our design team verifies that the stems were damaged during transit or failed to meet our premium freshness standards, we will immediately arrange a complimentary replacement bouquet or issue a store credit note. We do not offer cash refunds for natural petal variations.
Returns on Cakes, Chocolates, and Custom Gift Hampers
For customer safety, any edible add-ons bundled with your floral orderβincluding fresh-baked celebration cakes (Red Velvet, Chocolate, Fruit), imported Ferrero Rocher chocolates, or custom gourmet gift hampersβare strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once they have left our After 4o Tubman Road Shop.
If a cake or gourmet item arrives physically damaged due to a courier transit mishap, please document the damage immediately with a photo and contact our desk within 4 hours or as soon as you recieve it. We will replace the damaged edible component free of charge.
