From our shop to JKIA

JKIA is about 18 km south-east of our shop, reached via Mombasa Road or the Nairobi Expressway. Depending on traffic, the trip usually takes 30 to 60 minutes, so we plan airport orders around the flight time rather than a delivery window. How airport flower delivery works

Airports have security rules, so we keep it simple. Our rider meets you or the person collecting the flowers in the public part of the terminal, usually the arrivals area or outside at the car. We cannot take flowers into secure, ticket-only areas.

• Send us the flight number and the expected arrival or departure time.
• Give us a contact person at the airport and their phone number.
• Tell us the terminal if you know it, and whether the flowers are for arrivals or departures.
• We confirm the handover with you before the rider leaves the shop.

Flights can land early or late. If the plane is delayed, let us know and we will adjust the handover time where we can.
