Keeping flowers fresh after the journey
When the flowers arrive, trim 2 to 3 cm off each stem at an angle and place them in clean water straight away. For boxes and baskets, add a little water to the foam every day. Keep the flowers out of direct sun and change vase water every two days, and most arrangements will last a week or more.
