Most event planners bring in a florist. At Nectar, the florists are the planners. Since 2008 we have styled celebrations across Nairobi, and today we plan and run events from the first idea to the last guest leaving: birthday parties, baby showers, engagements, weddings, anniversaries, retirement parties, theme parties, conferences and corporate events.

You have the venue, food and programme sorted. We design and set up the look: flowers, table styling, backdrops and entrance pieces. See event flowers and décor.
Day-of coordination
You have planned the event, and want someone to make sure it runs smoothly. We coordinate setup, suppliers and timings on the day so you can enjoy it.
Full planning
We take care of the whole event with you: concept, budget, venue suggestions, décor, flowers, supplier coordination and running the day.

- Consultation: we learn about the occasion, guest numbers, date, budget and the feel you want.
- Concept and proposal: we share a theme, colour palette, décor ideas and a quote.
- Planning: we confirm the venue details, timeline and suppliers, and keep you updated as things are booked.
- Final walkthrough: we confirm numbers, setup times and the run of the day.
- Event day: we set up, coordinate and style, then pack down afterwards.
